Sophia the First

I'm sure you know that i like photography and any time I get a chance to snap some pictures of my beautiful (3) girls I cease the opportunity.  In this update you'll see Sophie and I taking a walk and taking in the beautiful sites on our land.  Sophia is my one daughter that is up for going outside and walking around almost any time.  She absolutely loves to be outside!!  So anytime I need to get outside, and get some air I always know that she will be my up for it as well.  This was a combination of a nature walk and a possible Christmas card walk.  Regardless we had a great time walking and exploring.  Sophie is such a cute, beautiful and smart girl, she reminds me of Kristen in so many ways.

The above is one of my favorite pics of Soph.  Look at that great smile!  She is such a joy to be around!  Such a happy girl!

 Look at that mushroom!

 Loving this girl so much!

Who Got Framed....

So as you can see from the last post the foundation was poured.  In today's update you'll see how the framing starts to take shape.  We've been really pleased and blessed with the amount of great weather we've had.  It's really allowing the builders to continue to build in comfortable weather.  At this time with what your seeing here it is around Nov 12th.  As you can see we still had a lot of leaves on the trees and no hint of winter yet, although the leaves were just starting to fall.  I think this was the first weekend we did a leaf clean up.  You'll also notice some beautiful colors out here. The leaves have been so amazing to see the beauty that exists.  We've also started to see more deer moving as well.  Hunting season is right around the corner so it should be interesting to see what we observe out here.
The girls have really enjoyed running around and seeing the house go up.  Just about every day the girls are out and about and checking out the progress the guys are making.

Construction has Begun!!!

O what a year we've had.  Today is December 30th and we are amazed at what an exciting year we've had.  We thank God so much for how much he's blessed us and continually keeps his hands on us and guides us.  It's funny to think that a year ago living in Warsaw was the farthest thing from our mind.
The Girls are all doing well.  Soph, Nora and Kristen are loving the country living.  The latest update that I can provide since the last update is that the construction has begun on the new house!! YEAH!!!!!  They broke ground on Oct 11th.  They also anticipate us moving in the first week of  April.  You'll see in the pictures how green the grass was when this process first started in October.  In this post you'll see the action in the first week of the pouring of cement.

In the above pic you'll see the garage on the right... not as deep as no basement for Garage
The girls loved playing in the basement
Look at those beautiful girls!!!  Nora is having an "Elsa" hair day

2 of the most beautiful things in the world caught on camera... 1. Kristen taking in the new basement 2.The sunset going down... That will be our view every night

Here you will see a pic from about 50 feet away and about street level of what the house looks like.  At this point all you can see is a little of the foundation.
The next post you'll start to see some of the framing going up.  So see you then!!  Thanks for stopping in and see you all soon!
